1.   The AAA membership is valid for non-commercial motor vehicles less than 10 years old.
2.   AAA membership will be activated after 48 hours and cannot be cancelled after activation nor membership fee will
      refunded.
3.   AAA services are unlimited for Gold and Silver Card members and is limited to a maximum of 5 services per year for
      Classic
      Card member. Members who suffer an unnatural number of breakdowns are liable to have their membership cancelled.
4.   None of the AAA services will be provided more than once within 24 hours.
5.   Inter city towing will be free of charge for Gold and Silver Card members whereas Classic Card members will be charged
      depending on the locations.
6.   All towing services will be provided to the nearest garage or to the garage of member's choice within the city limits.
7.   AAA membership covers the registered vehicles only irrespective of the driver, services will be provided to that vehicle
      only. No
      service is provided if the member drives a vehicle other than the registered one.
8.   The AAA membership, except the free and complimentary, is transferable to another vehicle. Any changes in the details
      of the registration vehicle must be notified in writing.
9.   In case of a transfer of membership or the loss of membership card, the member will have to pay AED 50/- for issuing a
      duplicate card and /  or transfer charges.
10. Free off-road recovery will be provided for a maximum of 3 times per year to Gold Card members whereas Silver and
     Classic Card members will b charged depending on the location.
11. Off-road recovery from desert or beach is only provided during daylight and only if a breakdown happened during the
     normal course of driving. Vehicles participating in any desert even or rally are excluded. Further no coverage will be
     given if the breakdown is caused due to negligent. or an unskilled driver.
12. The time required to reach the customer for off-road recovery depends on the location and accessibility to the location of
      the vehicle.
13. AAA is only responsible for the member's vehicle during the time it is in their custody. 
14. Members are required at all times to display the provided AAA sticker on the inside of the rear windscreen.
15. members are requested to route calls through our hotline 800 4 900 only. The service will be rejected in case members
     are not able to provide the membership number. The membership card on demand to be shown to the authorized service
     personnel.
16. AAA has the right to reject services if it come to their knowledge that a registered vehicle had a breakdown before
     activating of the membership. In no case will the membership fee be reimbursed.
17. AAA Gold and Silver Card members are entitled to a Free International Driving License . Members will have to submit a
     copy of his U.A.E driving license, 2 passport size photographs along with duly filled in application form indicating his AAA
     membership number. However, AAA reserves the right to reject any application without giving any reason what so ever.
     (Dhs.25/- for documentation & processing will be charges).
18. Any clause or part there of of this terms and conditions can be changed/ modified/ deleted/ added at the sole discretion if
     AAA's management.
19. AAA membership shall be renewed automatically on the expiry unless the intimates otherwise.
