In the event of our members vehicle has a flat battery, we will boost the battery and have it re - started. FREE! If this is not possible owing to a totally dead battery, we will have the vehicles towed to the nearest battery service facility. FREE!

| FIXING A FLAT TYRE |

In the event of our members vehicle has a flat tyre, we will replace the punctured tyre with vehicle’s spare tyre. If this is not possible owing to non availability of spare tyre or spare tyre not in functional state, we will have the vehicle towed to nearest tyre service facility. FREE!

In the event of our member has locked keys inside the vehicle, we will gain access and retrieve the keys. FREE! In the event of not being able to gain access owing to sophisticated technology & security system, we will have the vehicle tow to the respective agency. FREE!

In the event of our members vehicle running out of fuel we will deliver fuel. FREE! Fuel delivered would be of minimum sufficient to enable the vehicle to travel to the nearest fuel station and, cost of fuel to be paid by the customer.

| INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENCE |

We are one of the authorised agents to issue the genuine International Driving Permit from our sister concern Emirates Automobile & Touring Club. For ATC members it will cost Dhs 50.00 as processing fee and for Non members Dhs 150.00

| VECHILE REGISTRATION SERVICE |

|
ATC provides its members car registration renewal service through out the United Arab Emirates. ATC service personnel will collect the car within the city where the registration renewal needs to be done, test pass the vehicle, process the documentations and return to the customer. Documentation fees, traffic and municipality fines, are to be settled by the customer.
